#32 Reiki Healer and The Church Girl get to learn about The Benefits of Hooping

Stephanie and her guest The Cinnamon Gypsea, Cora Schiller born on Vancouver Island spoke about the Benefits of Hooping. Cora is a teacher of movement, meditation and hooping. Hooping is medicine to Cora. She teaches people to connect to their beautiful bodies with hooping. Most people are able to hoop within about 5 minutes with Cora's help. The youngest person who Cora taught to Hoop was two years old and the oldest people were a couple in their 90's. Cora made Hooping sound so fun I may have to go take a class. LOL LOL LOL :~)

Stephanie was blessed to get to receive a PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) session from April in January of 2018. So on this podcast Stephanie and April wanted to go over the PATH that April facilitated for Stephanie. When they looked at Stephanie's PATH so many goals she and April had discussed had come to pass. If you have a PATH session with April you will be glad you did. :~)
*Stephanie had a goal of having a zero visa balance on her PATH in 2018 and now today she has a zero visa balance.
*Stephanie had a goal of creating her second affirmation book of 52 affirmations and 53 sketches on her PATH and now that is done.
*Stephanie had a goal of finding someone to illustrate her books on her PATH and now April is doing that.
*Stephanie had a goal of turning in some stories to the CBC writing contests on her PATH and she did that (did not win the prize though).
*Stephanie had a goal of make $10,000.00 on an online store of her amazing husband Robert's stunning art and she has made way more than that on the Etsy store she created for Robert's earrings and pendants. Now Robert's website is also selling his handmade & hand-painted brightly coloured earrings and pendants.

#29 May This ”Grieving My Friends Podcast” Bring You Comfort

Today Stephanie and April talk about the PATH (Planning Alternative Tommorrows with Hope) that April did for Stephanie on Jan. 1st 2018. There were many goals on the PATH that Stephanie and April had talked about five years ago. Stephanie has a zero Visa balance from having over $10,000.00 in credit card debt. Writing an affirmation book about grief and finding an illustrator for all her future books. Then Stephanie & April talk about Affirmation 29 "Grieving My Friends" an affirmation about when we change and our friends and family are weirded out and upset at the changes we make that are positive to each of us but horrible to our families. Like April quitting the Church and Stephanie quitting drinking. LOL LOL LOL :~) Also during the last few years many issues have come between friends and loved ones. It was the blessing of Stephanie & April to get to interview Shelley Marenka of Inspired Living! Shelley has been inspiring people for 40 years! She started helping people with their eating plans when she was 19. Shelley is uplifting, encouraging, and helpful. The women's circle she is starting will help the ladies that attend be inspired to love and support themselves. Shelley is part of the Hay House "Authorpreneur" book writing group, as are Stephanie and April. #27 Julie Ann & Casa de Influencia, Creating Community in Puerto Vallarta

Stephanie & Aprils's guest this week is Julie Ann. Julie Ann helps authors publish their dream novels. Now, Julie has created a space where authors can bring their workshop clients to in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The name of her community retreat is Casa de Influencia (House of Influence). Julie's retreat space is a transformed apartment with ten family living spaces. She has turned one of the apartments into her home. One of the apartments has been renovated into a co-working space with three podcast recording suites. One of the recording spaces could even be used by a band to record their music. Julie has turned the rooftop space of the apartment building into a dancing space. She had wood floors installed for salsa dancing, she brought up a ton of plants to the roof to create a serene garden, and there is even a bar and hot tub to help her guests relax in style.
