Taking responsibility for her life was the best action Stephanie ever took. She was then free to transform her life. She got divorced for the second time did some counselling at a battered women's shelter and created an amazing relationship with her current husband for the last 19.5 years. She even changed countries and has the right to pay taxes in two countries. LOL, LOL, LOL,

Stephanie is going to do her best tonight to get you to make your eating plan your priority. To feel my best and look my best I need to eat well. Since I have transformed my eating plan to Keto which I eat Cocao Butter, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Tallow and Lard my body is the size I have dreamed my whole life of it being. My hot flashes also go away when I leave the carbs alone. Keto make me feel beautiful. My brain loves healty fats! If you want to feel better try a high fat eating plan. The Inuit people have been Keto for generations.
Today is my father's birthday. Health is always on my mind as my parents never really took care of their health properly. :~)

The love of affirmations is what this podcast is about. Stephanie's journey toward happiness started as a tween before that word was even invented. LOL LOL LOL After the death of her father at the age of 15, Stephanie clung to the idea that she could think herself into happiness because she was devastated by her father's transformation to golden light. Just the idea that she could master her deep grief, loneliness, sadness and the frustration filling her heart was balm to her spirit. Stephanie has transformed her body first believing her body was beautiful even when she was a little chubbier than she wanted to be. As Stephanie's 99% organic eating plan evolved she found her perfect eating plan in the Keto Eating Path. Eating a fat-based diet of Organic Raw Cacao Butter, Grass Fed Beef Tallow and Wholesomely raised Lard, appropriately fed protein, organic fruits and vegetables gifted her with the physique of her dreams. She also does a bit of core exercise and rides her 21 speed bicycle to town about 8 kilometers round trip.

The importance of Intentional Happiness is what Stephanie shares in the podcast today. Stephanie has been a student of the Art Of Happiness since she was 12 years old. In her mind her family had everything they needed and wanted. Stephanie was lucky enough to have her own horse and dirt bike as a child she felt rich even though she could not have designer jeans. LOL LOL LOL But her parents were far from happy. Stephanie did not understand why her parents were so upset all the time.
