An Organic eating plans is what The Reiki Healer has chosen to do since 1994! She went to the health food store in Federal Way "Marlene's" where she bought her first fresh organic potatoes and carrots. Well the potatoes and carrots tasted just like the ones she and her father pulled out of the garden they grew together! The Reiki Healer was hooked! She is going to be 60 years young in Nov. 2024 and she feels better now than when she was in her twenties as then she was plagued with insecurity, eczema and addiction issues!

Stephanie was wholly effected by the book "Working With The Law" By Raymond Holliwell. In that book she read words that left her with the thought I can control my mind or my mind will control me! So when I grow up I want to be the boss of my mind! Stephanie started to read "Working With The Law" when she was 11 years old. She has loved to read since her mom read her books every night at bedtime.

Season 2 Episode 78 Eating Healthy Fruit Fats Stephanie’s Experience

Stephanie believes that many of our brain issues would get better if we eat animal fats. Her father-in-law ate bacon fat on toast for a snack. Papa loved animal fat of all kinds. When Papa transformed back to pure energy he had a great brain and his memory was perfect. When I eat fat my body gets satiated. When I ate a lot of carbs I was a bit chubby now that I have a fat based eating plan I am my dream weight at 59 years young. I dare you to give up processed foods and eat healthy organic cold pressed fats. Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil. Olive Oil, Tallow, Lard, Chicken Fat, Turkey, Duck Fat and Fish Fat! Fat is what our brains are made of and what our brains need. Please eat Fat!
