April "The Church Girl" interviews Stephanie about what she has learned about the benefits of good fats, brain health, and tallow. Grass-fed tallow has conjugated linoleic acid, B vitamins, Vitamin K2, Niacin, Selenium, Iron, Phosphorus, potassium, and riboflavin.
Stephanie loves to render grass-fed fat into tallow made in her kitchen in the crock-pot on the low heat setting. #4 Exploring PATH with Shelley Nessman

What is PATH you may ask? PATH is a way to help people explore what they want their future to look like.
Here is what Stephanie remembers of her experience when April did a PATH for her a few years ago.
When sitting down with a PATH facilitator the first thing Stephanie noticed was that she was feeling heard. She was witnessing her words being drawn in beautiful cartoon style. Her heart exploded with possibilities as she watched the colours, shapes, and words that related to my words appear on the paper in front of me. Many aspects of her life that April and I talked about have come to fruition. The financial goal of paying off the credit card debt in her family has been achieved, which was on Stephanie's PATH. And another goal on her PATH was to find an artist to sketch images for the book Stephanie writes. Guess who became the illustrator? April! So Stephanie feels that the PATH Process Rocks!
