The love of affirmations is what this podcast is about. Stephanie's journey toward happiness started as a tween before that word was even invented. LOL LOL LOL After the death of her father at the age of 15, Stephanie clung to the idea that she could think herself into happiness because she was devastated by her father's transformation to golden light. Just the idea that she could master her deep grief, loneliness, sadness and the frustration filling her heart was balm to her spirit. Stephanie hopes to soothe your spirit and heart just as other authors soothed her heart.
