*Trigger Warning* Stephanie shares an affirmation from her first affirmation book that addressed healing from domestic abuse. Domestic Abuse affects one-third of all women in North America.

Stephanie was thrilled when April suggested they celebrate an Affirmation from Stephanie's first book of Affirmations, "Healing My Heart, After Domestic Abuse" the Affirmation the ladies chose tonight was #33 Emotional Changes. When any relationship ends, there are many mixed emotions. Still, when someone leaves a relationship marked by domestic abuse, the person who received the abuse is usually as mad at themselves in the end as they are mad at the person who chose to slap them. To become a true Happiness Enhancer we must embrace our role in the abusive relationship even if our only part was not leaving after the first assault!
