#13 Being Responsible For Our Choices Creates Contentment
Tonight Stephanie & April discuss embracing responsibility for everything that has happened to them as adults. They trust that once they start taking responsibility for the choices that are for the good & hard for themselves and others that is the single act that turns us from victim to victor—affirmation number 40 from their book "Releasing Grief From My Body". Please remember the process of grieving takes time, be gentle with yourself and others. It is up to each of us to honor our own personal grief journey so that we are able to cry for our stressful situations & laugh at our stressful situations. We can miss our loved ones and maybe even feel relieved that something that person did that was annoying is now not a bother anymore. When Stephanie was young her father came home late and most days he was drunk after work. So that when he transformed back to pure energy when Stephanie was 15.5 years old she remembers feeling, now she and her mother would not be wondering every day when he would be home. He was never coming home again.
So Stephanie and April hope to inspire you to heal and feel your grief.
