#11 Flowing With My Grief Podcast

Tonight Stephanie & April discuss the affirmation "Flowing with My Grief" number 35 from their book. Please remember the process of grieving takes time, be gentle with yourself and others. It is up to each of us to honor our own personal grief journey so that we are able to cry for our stressful situations & laugh at our stressful situations. We can miss our loved ones and maybe even feel relieved that something that person did that was annoying is now not a bother anymore. When Stephanie was young her father came home late, at the wrong time and most days he was drunk after work. So that when he transformed back to pure energy when Stephanie was 15.5 years old she remembers feeling, now she and her mother will not be wondering every day when he will be home. He was never coming home again. So Stephanie and April hope to inspire you to heal and feel your grief.
